- We arrive in fully stocked trucks with all the common parts needed for same day repair. If we do not have the part, we will get it ordered at no additional cost to you.
- Our technicians are factory trained, drug tested, and background checked for your Safety.
- This maintenance plan satisfies all manufacturer warranty requirements. Without a maintenance plan in place a manufacturer could void their parts warranty according to the manufacturer's terms & conditions.
Includes:
- Clean condensation (drain) line, flush and test.
- Test unit in A/C and Heat modes.
- Check supply and return air temperatures.
- Check thermostat for accuracy and replace batteries, if needed.
- Check amp draws on all motors and systems.
- Check refrigerant pressures.
- Check all connections and contacts.
- Check all capacitors for proper size and operation.
- Check blower wheel for cleanliness and balance.
- Visual inspection of ductwork and leak check.
- Check for overgrown vegetation around condenser (outdoor) unit.
- Water rinse condenser (outdoor) coil.
- Inspect cleanliness of evaporator (indoor) coil and drain pan.
- Check for float switch and check for proper operation.
- Inspection of grilles.
- Install customer supplied air filter.
- Does not include filter. Setup filter Auto-ship here.
contracts will have an initial term of 6 months before membership is eligible for cancellation. If cancellation is requested prior to the 6 month term expiring, the remaining contract balance can be paid in full in an amount equal to the remaining unpaid balance for the first 6 monthly payments or continue charging monthly until the initial 6 month term has expired. All contracts will continue on a month to month basis after the initial 6 month period.
