Advent Air in Lewisville is looking for an administrative person to provide support to our retrofit install department. In this position you will be managing the day to day scheduling for installations providing administrative support and assistance with various projects. A proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, and a familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred. You should have prior experience working in a similar environment managing data, processes, tracking projects, working on multiple tasks simultaneously, all while maintain an upbeat professional demeanor with customers and coworkers . Prior experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or in the construction industry is highly preferred. This position requires drive and the ability to think quick on your feet. Primary Job Function:
To manage the day to day scheduling operations, ensure that jobs are ready for installation. Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
Prior experience in a busy office setting Familiarity with HVAC, electric, plumbing or construction industry highly preferred.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Proficiency in Quickbooks preferred
Be able to enter data quickly and accurately
